Aaap Communications Islamabad intends to hire services of a media house/production house to produce an 8 minute documentary in English and Urdu to highlight the achievements of 8 visionary champions. In addition to the documentary, the bidder is also required to develop 8 separate video messages(1 minute each) of these champions.
